The Goal

JCA would welcome the opportunity to create work-release facilities that provides construction training, job preparation, and tailored instructions for individuals to gain on-demand skills within construction trades. JCA is excited to share a program that has strengthened communities, provided on-the-job training, technical skills, and employment to citizens that will be returning into the community

The greatest success has to be creating employment opportunities to those who just need a helping hand with employment, technical skills, and job preparation.

Testimony

I believe that I can make a difference. “What better person than myself.” Yes, I walked down this road, in and out of penal institutions, taking many chances just to make things right. But then something clicked, someone took a chance on me. My pursuit for obtaining a degree whilst institutionalized, taking college courses and using my time to prepare for re-entering into society.

It was not easy returning to a community that has a rightful reason to not have any trust in you. True difficulty in finding employment but then I realized, I can create my own path, which is exactly what I did.
